Lien (hostess in the room) and Broes (chef) have been proud ambassadors of Entre-Deux-Monts for years. Their restaurant, ‘t Vijfde Seizoen, invariably receives excellent reviews and can safely venture within Belgium's top gastronomy. Broes does not shy away from creative challenges. The dishes are always pictures in themselves and are even tastier than they look. Fish, meat, vegetarian... they can do it all!
They are known for working with ‘local heroes’. So, like us, they are proud of local products, and these get a prominent place in the menu. Lien will therefore passionately highlight these at the table during the various dishes. The house aperitif is our Wiscoutre Blanc de Blancs and is presented with great pride by Lien. Ideal to accompany the many, gourmet courses!
By the way: not only do they provide a gastronomic experience in their restaurant, but you can also visit their premises next door. Namely the food shop, Eetalage, where a variety of dishes are cooked daily with natural & healthy products!
