The origins of Entre-Deux-Monts is located on grandfather Jean's land, below the famous seat lift. As a godson, Martin therefore paid tribute to his grandfather with the Cuvée Jean. This exceptional sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, 30% of which is wood-aged for 12 months, and rested for no less than 5 years 'sur lattes'. The wine is only available in magnum format with imited availability.

On the Vidaigneberg, formerly called ‘Molenberg’, you can find the first vines of the vineyard. From this plot we make an elegant white wine in climatically good years. The Molenberg 2022 is a blend of 25% Pinot Gris and 75% Chardonnay. The wine is distinctive for its depth and refined wooden touch due to 9 months of wood aging in oak barrels.

The qualitative 2019 proved to be an excellent starting point for our first Millésimé in the collection. The 2019 is a balance of 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir and lends itself extremely well as a gourmet wine. The depth gives this sparkling wine more complexity. The wine rested for 48 months sur lattes and is a good example of our commitment to craftsmanship and our constant pursuit of quality.
