Jessica and Bert have been passionately behind the gourmet restaurant Notarishuys for 20 years. In the heart of Diksmuide, it is a great place to be. Bert is an innovative cook, with an ode to classical and local cuisine. Jessica is the face in the room and can take care of everyone with her pleasant reception. Since years, they also get the nice 15/20 score at Gault&Millau. They have also been regular ambassadors of our products for many years, and you can get the Wiscoutre there by the glass to your heart's content alongside some of our other top cuvées.

Besides the excellent restaurant, in an impressive stately building, you can also stay in their ‘Pure Hotel’. The property has four beautiful rooms with all the necessary amenities. It is an architectural gem, overlooking the beautiful garden. Ideal for ending a cosy evening in the restaurant.
