At the lowered levees in Kortrijk you can find Matthias and his team from Va et Vient in an urban interior right on the water. The enormous glass panels provide a unique setting. Good weather? Don't worry, a large terrace on the water is of course also an option.

At Va et Vient you can dine very gastronomically under the guidance of Matthias as chef. By the way, he is also a North Sea Chef and likes to bring lesser-known, local fish species to the plate in a culinary way. His counterpart in the room, the dynamic sommelier Evert, will teach you to discover surprising wines, but of course also our EDM wines. The Wiscoutre Blanc de Blancs has been the house aperitif for years!
