White wine
Pinot La Douve is made from the Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Meunier grape varieties, exclusively Pinot varieties.
This white wine won a Silver Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in June 2026.
The name La Douve comes from the Douve Valley next to our vineyards, where the La Douve River has its source.
A fresh, aromatic and elegant wine with length and tension. It has a broad potential since it can be served as a great aperitif or with fish or poultry.

The Pinot La Douve has a fresh structure with pleasant acidity. Due to its bâtonnage on inox, the wine has an extensive range of culinary pairings. The wine goes perfectly with salads, mussels, many fish dishes, vegetarian dishes with cheeses but at the same time with poultry dishes such as vol-au-vent. Of course, the wine can also be drunk simply as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
