The Wiscoutre is made of Chardonnay and Auxerrois. It contains 12,5% alcohol. This bottle is available in 37.5 cl, 75 cl, and 150 cl. .
This is the estate’s first sparkling wine, which has been in production since 2009. This wine wins prizes almost every year. 'Wiscoutre' refers to the old Frankish name for the village of Westouter, where the wine is produced. The fresh and aromatic sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif.
The Wiscoutre Blanc de Blancs is ready to drink immediately and is best consumed within the year.

Soil: sand-loam mixed with Diestian sand, ironstone, flint stones and gravel. Underneath this, well-drained layers of Ledian and Paniselian sand.
