Zientje

Méthode Traditionnelle

Zientje is made of Chardonnay grapes, apples (Lola, Nicoter and Jonagold) and BIO-elderflower. The alcohol percentage is 8%.

The name “Zientje” was chosen in memory of the poor forest woman who, in the 20th century, lived close to the wine estate’s vineyards and apple trees, in the Hellegat Wood.

The Zientje is ready to drink immediately and is best consumed within the year.

"A winemaker needs to keep experimenting in his vineyard and wine cellar. From time to time, this results in something extraordinary like Zientje. Harmoniously combined with a delicate sparkle I love to use this in a West Flemish cocktail creation." Sommelier Hannes Desmedt - Wine Blend
